Hello my friends. I'm Dave Marchione and I've been performing on Guitar and Bass and composing music ever since I was ten years old . Since then I've been fortunate to have performed with some of America's finest musical Artists on various venues through out the country. In 2023 I played Guitar on the Grammy nominated project “Jazz Hands” by Jazz legend Bob James, which was nominated for “The best contemporary instrumental album of the year”.
Some of my musical contributions have reached a world wide audience through my recordings on Bass or Guitar with artists like R&B Gospel legend, Phil Driscol (All Glory All Honor, One Nation Under God), Billy Preston (keyboardist for The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Little Richard etc), and Rock Hall of Fame producer/guitarist/engineer, Jimmy Johnson, founder of Fame Studios and The Mussel Shoals Rhythm Section.
Beside the many tracks of all styles you will hear on this website, I can also be heard on Pandora satellite radio with "The Crazy Wisdom Band" (Myself and Violin/Piano virtuoso John Gregory), and our CD "Everywhere at Once", an adventurous exploration of musical styles blending Jazz, Classical , World Beat, Avant-garde and Rock.

I'm conversant with many musical styles and I bring a total commitment of feeling to each performance. I try to approach each time I play for people as the privilege of being able to communicate some happiness and beauty through the gift of music that we all share .
In addition to performing, I produce various artists at my studio, Sonic Blues, in Beach City in the beautiful countryside of Holmes County, Ohio. I've had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the worlds finest engineers and producers.
